Stomach problems- acidic foods.Please pray for healing of my osteoarthritis, acid reflux and Insomnia. I dont get sleep the whole night please pray for my intentions that I get well soon. Thank you, Belinda Warapen
Try changing your eating habits.
Don't eat past 6 PM.Acid reflux occurs when we eat too late.
Don't eat acidic foods(like tomatoes
- grains.
- sugar.
- certain dairy products.
- fish.
- processed foods.
- fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
- sodas and other sweetened beverages.
- high-protein foods and supplements.
You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:
- Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
- Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
- Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.
Sleep:
The battle ground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon satan has is to attack your thoughts. He wants to take control of you by controlling your thoughts and your dreams. Here are some scriptures that God says you should do to protect your mind.
