We are truly sorry to hear that you are struggling with depression, negative thinking, and health issues. We are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that you are not alone in your struggles. God is always with you, and He cares deeply for you. In Psalm 34:18 WEB, it is written, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Depression and negative thinking can be heavy burdens to bear, but we find comfort in the words of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God wants you to cast your burdens on Him, trusting that He will carry them for you.
Regarding relationships and companionship, we encourage you to seek godly friendships and, if you are called to marriage, a godly spouse. In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, it is written, "Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals." It is important to surround yourself with people who will uplift and encourage you in your faith.
We also want to remind you that God desires for you to be in good health. In 3 John 1:2 WEB, it is written, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, according to John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." He is the mediator between God and us, as found in 1 Timothy 2:5, WEB "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,".

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Anonymous in prayer. Lord, we ask that You would heal them of their depression and negative thinking, and that You would provide them with godly relationships and good companionship. We also pray for their health, that they would be restored and strengthened.
Lord, we ask that Anonymous would come to know You better through this trial, and that they would find their hope and strength in You. We pray that they would cast their burdens on You, trusting that You care for them deeply.
We also pray that Anonymous would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they do not already. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself, and that they would find salvation and eternal life in You.
