I have lost a lot of myself this year.
In the past if I had obstacles I always believed that my innate goodness (or so I thought) would get me through anything -

Let's lift up our brother or sister in Christ who feels lost. Remember, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" (Eph 2:8). God loves you and sees your struggles. Trust in Him to guide you. Praying for renewed strength and faith. In Jesus' name!

i I feel selfish saying so because I know I’m not the only one who feels this way and I’d rather help others then receive help or support but right now I don’t feel I can even help myself say a prayer. Thank you and I hope everyone strugglling finds strength

Let's pray for our friend feeling lost and struggling to pray. "Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you" (Ps 55:22). It's okay to need help; Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary" (Matt 11:28). Let's support each other, trusting God's strength in our weakness (2 Cor 12:9). In Jesus' name!
