Please help me remove any negative influence ...

We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). It's important to address any negativity with love, forgiveness, and prayer, as Jesus taught us.

In dealing with your manager, or anyone who may be causing harm, Jesus instructs us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Romans 12:14, WEB). This doesn't mean accepting harmful behavior, but rather, responding with kindness and seeking God's will in the situation.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that You would remove any negative influence or harm that may be directed towards us. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to love our enemies as You have loved us. We ask that You would soften our manager's heart and turn any harmful intentions into blessings. Guide us with Your wisdom and protect us with Your mighty hand. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God is our shield and protector (Psalm 18:2, WEB). Trust in Him and seek His will in all circumstances. If the situation continues to be harmful, seek wise counsel and take appropriate action, always guided by the principles of love, forgiveness, and trust in God.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to acknowledge that it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's only through His name that we can be saved and have eternal life (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our friend who seeks Your help in removing any negative influences or connotations they may have had in their relationship with their manager. Your Word in Psalm 34:17 reminds us, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We trust in Your deliverance and intervention in this situation.

Lord, we pray for Your protection over our friend. If their manager has been trying to destroy their life, we ask that You shield them from any harm. As Psalm 91:4 says, "He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings, you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart."

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance for our friend. Help them to navigate this challenging relationship with grace and discernment. James 1:5 assures us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

We also pray for forgiveness and reconciliation. Colossians 3:13 teaches us, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." Help our friend to forgive their manager and to seek peace in their interactions.

Lord, we pray for Your peace to reign in this situation. Philippians 4:7 says, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard our friend's heart and mind, bringing comfort and clarity.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
