Please help me. My boss demands certain tasks get done, and then he messes up what I do. I give him the information of what should be on a list for a web site, and then he treats it as a list for something else entirely. He is old and doesn't get it. Please help me get done what can be done and deal with him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Eglia and their current situation with their boss. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this matter. We understand the frustration and confusion that Eglia is experiencing, and we ask for your wisdom and discernment to navigate through this challenging situation.

Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We pray that you would grant Eglia the patience and grace to deal with their boss's misunderstandings and mistakes. Help them to approach each task with diligence and excellence, knowing that ultimately they are working for you and not just for their boss.

Lord, we ask for clarity and effective communication between Eglia and their boss. Soften their boss's heart and open their eyes to see the value and importance of the work that Eglia is doing. Grant Eglia the wisdom to find the best ways to communicate their ideas and suggestions, so that their boss may understand and appreciate their efforts.

We also pray for strength and resilience for Eglia. Help them to remain focused and determined, even in the face of challenges and setbacks. Remind them that you are their ultimate source of strength and that they can find peace and rest in you.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and believe that you can bring about positive change in this situation. We ask for your favor to be upon Eglia, granting them success in their work and a harmonious relationship with their boss. May your will be done in their workplace, bringing glory to your name.

Do you realize you have the mind of Christ, and also the wisdom that Jesus has given you. Next time simply acknowledge Holy Spirit, and ask him to help you, "I can do all things through Christ who helps me or strengthens me" Instead of saying, "he is old and doesn't get it" why not change your view of him, because God doesn't see him old and not getting it. Ask Holy Spirit to help you see him as God sees him, and another great thing to do is simply start blessing your boss with peace and harmony. Bless your workplace and those working there.
Father thank you for the Spirit of unity in this office place and in the lives of those who work there. Let there be light! Amen
