Heavenly Father,

We come before You with a heart full of hope and longing for a relationship that reflects Your love and commitment. We lift up this request to You, asking for Your divine intervention in this relationship. Lord, You said in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Father, we pray that this boyfriend's heart is softened and opened to see the value and love that is offered in this relationship. May he recognize the importance of making this relationship a priority and treating it with the respect and care it deserves. Help him to see the potential for a future together and to seek Your wisdom in making decisions that honor You.

Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust in Your perfect plan for this relationship, Lord. Guide both hearts to seek Your will above all else and to honor each other in a way that glorifies You.
