Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ### and their friend's marriage. We lift up this broken marriage before you, Lord, and we ask for your divine intervention. We pray that you would restore their relationship and remove every spirit of adultery and every human agent that is causing division and strife.
Your Word tells us in Matthew 19:6, "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate." We ask, Lord, that you would bring healing and reconciliation to their hearts, that they may remember the vows they made to one another and seek to honor and cherish each other once again.
We also pray for their salvation, Lord. We ask that you would draw them closer to you, that they may experience your love and forgiveness. Open their eyes to see the destructive path they are on and lead them to repentance and a renewed commitment to you and to each other.
Father, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your power and your love for this couple. We ask that you would work in their hearts and bring about a miraculous transformation in their marriage.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that you are able to do far more than we can imagine. May your will be done in their lives, and may your glory be revealed through the restoration of their marriage. Amen.
