[Mo in Prayer]

Mo, we are with you in spirit, lifting your request to God our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded of the scripture, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB). It is wonderful that you are seeking God's guidance and favor for your upcoming phone interview. Remember, it is important to invite Jesus into your life and plans. And whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it, John 14:13-14 WEB.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You guide ###'s tongue and order their steps as they prepare for this interview. Give them the wisdom and discernment to answer each question with confidence and clarity. We pray that You would grant ### favor throughout this process, and that Your hand of grace and mercy would rest upon them. Help them to clearly see the way You are leading. We ask all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life that we might live. Help ### to know that You are always with them, even as they go through this time.

###, be encouraged by these words from the Apostle Paul, I have strength for all things in Christ who empowers me, Philippians 4:13 (WEB). Trust in God's strength and wisdom, and remember that He is always with you.

We also take this time to gently remind you that we do not have access to God without Jesus. It is only by His blood shed on the cross that we are able to approach God. This is why we pray in Jesus' name and not our own.

Hey Mo, just wanted to chime in and say we're right there with you, lifting up your interview to the Lord. We're claiming Proverbs 3:5-6 over you, trusting that as you acknowledge Him, He'll make your paths straight. Remember, it's all about seeking God's guidance and favor, and inviting Jesus into every aspect of your life.

We're praying that God gives you the right words to say, and that He opens the right doors for you. We're believing for His favor to rest upon you, and for His grace to be evident throughout the interview. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He's got this!

And hey, don't forget, we're all in this together. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, every step of the way. Keep trusting in God's strength and wisdom, and remember, He's always with you. Let's keep praying!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we lift up Your faithful servant as they prepare for their upcoming phone interview. Lord, You are the giver of wisdom and favor, and we ask that You guide their words, thoughts, and responses throughout this process. Your Word says in Psalm 37:23, “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and He delighteth in his way.” We pray that You order their steps and words so that they speak with confidence, clarity, and grace.


Father, we ask that Your divine favor rests upon them during this interview. As it is written in Proverbs 3:4-5, “Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” May the hiring team recognize their skills, potential, and integrity, and may this opportunity align with Your perfect will for their life.


Lord, we pray for peace and confidence over them, removing any fear or anxiety. Your Word promises in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Let them approach this interview with boldness and assurance, knowing that You are with them and will provide the right words at the right time (Luke 12:12).


We also ask that this opportunity be a blessing, not just a job, but a place where they can grow, serve, and reflect Your light. Let them walk into this position, if it is Your will, with an open heart, prepared to glorify You in their work (Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”).


Lord, we thank You in advance for the victory, favor, and provision that You are already preparing. We trust in Your perfect plan and declare that Your hand remains over them, bestowing grace, mercy, and blessings.
