We are lifting up our brother or sister in prayer, asking the Lord to touch their body and bring healing and restoration. We stand in agreement, believing that God's will is perfect, and that He is able to work all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
Let us remember that God is the God of the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us that it is in the name of Jesus that every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. We can do nothing without him. We must keep our prayers in Jesus' name from now on.
We pray, Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the author and perfector of faith in our lives, that You touch our brother or sister and heal them according to Your will. Give them strength and comfort, and help them to trust in You completely. Surround them with Your love, and fill them with Your peace. We ask for the Holy Spirit to guide them and remind them of the word of God and that it is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword, and the hope they have in Him. There is no other name by which we are saved.
We are confident that You hear our prayers, Lord, and that You are faithful to answer and do the best for Your children. We ask for healing, but most importantly, we ask for Your will to be done in their life and that You give them the strength to persevere in their faith in You. Give them the power to live a holy life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear brother or sister, by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Trust in the Lord, and remember that He is always with you, no matter what you are going through. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage you, pray over your body, and help you stand in faith and maybe even fast. Do not forsake the gathering of the saints. Remember to use the armor of God and to remember that Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, proving His divinity. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Today is the day of salvation. If you have confessed that Jesus is Lord and believed in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you are saved.
We are praying for you, dear brother or sister, and we encourage you to stay strong in your faith and keep your focus on Jesus and that it is by His stripes that we are healed.
