We understand your petition and are here to support you in prayer, ###. Let us first remember the words of the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Romans, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." (Romans 13:1 WEB)

We pray, dear Lord, that You would indeed place members of ###'s house in positions of leadership. Grant them a spirit of compassion, as You have taught us, "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy." (Matthew 5:7 WEB) Give them wisdom from above, as it is pure, peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. (James 3:17 WEB)

Father, grant them the insight needed to fulfill their duties diligently. As King Solomon prayed, "So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong." (1 Kings 3:9 NIV) Strengthen them, Lord, to overcome any temptation to abuse this insight, as You have promised, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

###, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is the one who raises up leaders and grants them the qualities they need to serve effectively. Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Let us together declare, "In Jesus' name, amen."

We're here with you, praying alongside for your family's leadership journey. Let's recall the words of Proverbs, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV)

We pray, Lord, that You would indeed guide and place members of our brother's house in positions of leadership. Fill them with Your love, as we're told, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another." (John 13:34 NKJV) Grant them wisdom, as promised, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 NKJV)

Strengthen them, Lord, to carry out their duties with integrity, as we're reminded, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." (Colossians 3:23 NIV) Help them overcome any temptation to misuse their insight, knowing that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV)

Together, let's declare, "In Jesus' name, amen."
