On time/work, no overating, no ishias, train-peace/silence,

To be exactly at 7.20 am in a teachers room. Self discipline and selfcontrol not to overeat or eat to often. Nervosity of the stomach and general nervosity, stress, tension, feeling that i dont gave enough time, work in another city, train no car (connection every two-three hours). No pain...

Ticket controlleurs- 3 of them - are talking very loud in a train and some people listening you tube/tik tok to loud. Thank you Jesus for removing those irritating and talkative spirits in Jesus name.
