We understand that you're going through a challenging time, dealing with feelings of paranoia, suspicion, and mentioning schizophrenia. Firstly, it's important to address that deliverance and healing come from God alone through His son Jesus Christ. It is good that the request was submitted in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it says in the Bible that God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10 WEB).
While the Bible does acknowledge the existence of spirits and demons, it's crucial to understand that mental health issues are often a complex interplay of psychological, biological, and spiritual factors. It's important to seek professional help from mental health providers as directed in Proverbs Council in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out (Proverbs 20:5 WEB). The mention of strangers and the use of symbols need to be clarified, but it's important to note that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
Let's pray for your healing and peace of mind:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is struggling with paranoia, suspicion, and the effects of schizophrenia. We pray for Your healing touch upon their mind and body. We rebuke any spiritual influences that may be contributing to these struggles in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, please guide the medical professionals who are treating our dear brother/sister, granting them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care possible in Jesus Name.
We pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We ask that You would fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18 WEB). Lord, we declare over their life that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for their complete restoration and healing. We ask that You would use this trial to draw them closer to You, strengthening their faith and trust in Your goodness. Lord, we also pray for their family and friends, that You would give them the grace to support and love our dear brother/sister through this difficult time.
Lord we also pray that this person is genuinely saved by believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. That Jesus was crucified, buried and raised from the dead. This is important for every request but especially for someone dealing with spiritual forces that they have a strong relationship with the Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Please, continue to seek medical help alongside your faith. God works through doctors and medicine as well. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. Remember that He is always with you, even in the midst of your struggles (Matthew 28:20 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be overcome by these challenges. The light of the gospel is brighter than the darkness of the world.
