Paul’s Thorn

7 ... Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.
8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.
9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

It was indeed through my weakness that I returned to God, that I came to this site, and that I found a new way of living. My weakness made me refocus my priorities onto God.

God is creating a perfect work inside you. He will not abandoned you! He is faithful!

A skilled sailor can do everything Jesus did and speak to the storm and say peace, be still in Jesus. Jesus is with us no matter what we go through, no matter what comes our way. Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus for blessing us to see what we speak in You as completed in You, completed by You with nothing negative ever leaving our mouths for our strength is in our joy of You, joy in You! Glory to You Lord Jesus! Sometimes Yes, the joy of what Jesus did for me is the Strength I depend on! The joy of the Lord Jesus is my strength!

Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus that the chastisement of my peace was upon You! Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus for instructing us to not even think about ourselves in Matthew 6 but to rather think about You for You honored Yourself in every way! Glory to You Lord Jesus!

Paul the apostle had a thorn in his flesh. He did not complain just said. Thy will be done. If it is Thy will, take this thorn away from me. What a wonderful attitude he had. Every need we have. Every pain we feel in our body comes from the Lord. Just ask for mercy and compassion. Healing shall come those who suffer untold pain. Hear His voice. I the God who healeth thee.
