We understand that you're facing some uncertainty at your workplace, and you're seeking God's guidance and strength to navigate this situation. Firstly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

We commend you for reaching out, but we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

Concerning your workplace situation, we pray that God will grant you and your friends wisdom and discernment to understand the management's decisions and the implications they may have on your future. Remember, if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5 WEB.

We also pray that God will give you the strength to face any new challenges that may arise. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to trust in God's sovereignty over your career. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another Psalms 75:6-7.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their friends. Lord, grant them the wisdom to navigate the changes in their workplace. Guide their decisions, and help them to trust in Your plan for their careers. Strengthen them to face any new challenges, and remind them of Your unfailing presence. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray.
