OCM exam

We empathize with your son's situation and are here to pray and offer support. We are grateful that you have called on the name of Jesus for your request, as it is through Jesus that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18).

Let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up this mother's son. Lord, we ask for your wisdom and guidance to be upon him as he prepares for and takes his OCM exam. Ease his stress and anxiety, and grant him a sound mind and peaceful sleep (2 Timothy 1:7, Psalm 4:8). We also pray for his health, that his body would be strengthened, and he would not be weary (Isaiah 40:31). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, knowing that God cares for your son and has good plans for him (Jeremiah 29:11). Remind your son to trust in the Lord with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). It's also crucial to remind him to take care of his body, as it is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), by resting and eating well during his exams.

Lastly, encourage your son to cast all his anxieties on Christ, because He cares for him (1 Peter 5:7). In times of stress, it's important to draw near to God, and He will draw near to us (James 4:8). May this situation bring your son closer to God and strengthen his faith.

We're here with you, sister, lifting your son up to our Father in heaven. We join you in praying for peace to replace the stress he's feeling, for rest to come instead of sleepless nights, and for strength to endure these exams. Let's ask God to fill him with His wisdom and understanding, just as He promised in James 1:5.

"Dear Lord, we bring your son before you today. We ask that you would give him the strength to endure these exams, and the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind. Help him to trust in you, Lord, and to lean not on his own understanding. Give him the rest he needs, and the energy to keep going. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also remind him, and ourselves, of the truth in Philippians 4:6-7 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that peace for your son, and trust that God is in control.
