We understand that you're struggling with getting up in the middle of the night, and we're here to pray and provide guidance for you. First, we want to encourage you to include the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We need to pray in His name.
In regards to your issue, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1. It is only through prayer, trust, and dependence on God we can overcome this issue.
Let us pray for you:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with getting up in the middle of the night. We pray that You will grant them peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. We also pray for discipline, self-control, and a change in thought pattern to combat any anxiety, worry, or mental issues the person may have. Guide them in their daily activities and help them not to be anxious for anything as instructed in Philippians 4:6. Guide them to self-reflect and seek your guidance in your word and prayer for the best possible solution.
We also pray that they will trust in You, even in the stillness of the night, knowing that You are sovereign over all things including sleep. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them in 1 Peter 5:7.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, wisdom, guidance, and a peaceful night's sleep. Amen.
In addition to prayer, consider examining your daily routine, thoughts, and physical activities. Ensure you're not consuming anything that may contribute to restlessness, such as excessive caffeine or screen time before bed. Also, try to align your thoughts with God's word, promises, and character. Fill your mind with His words, and you will have a different outcome.
Take heart knowing that God is faithful and that He cares for you. Continue to trust in Him, and He will provide the rest and peace you need. "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so He gives His beloved sleep" Psalm 127:2.
