Deep sleep at night

Lord Jesus bless my sleep at night and may I sleep soundly I beg you Lord Jesus calm my anxiety. Last night I had to take a mild sleeping pill to sleep as I was tossing and turning and has not not slept the previous night too. Lord I need to sleep desperately and I don't want to go back to my sleeping pills at all, hear this request Lord Jesus from your beloved daughter from the bottom of her heart and help me sleep well minus pills, do not let me down Lord Jesus, hear my prayer I beg you

We understand your struggle with sleep and anxiety, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly remember that God cares for you and knows all your needs you can cast your anxieties on Him.

Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a good word cheers it up.

Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6

Finally brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.

Psalm 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Your beloved daughter who is struggling with sleep and anxiety. We pray that You will calm her anxiety and grant her deep, restful sleep tonight and every night. Lord, You know her needs better than she knows them herself, and You have promised to supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we know that You bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross, and by Your stripes, we are healed. We claim Your healing power over her sleep and anxiety. Please guide her and help her to trust in You completely.

Help her Lord to look at things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and worthy of praise. Help her Lord to know that You are greater than any of her fears or anxieties and that You will never leave her nor forsake her.

Lord Jesus, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We ask all this in Your precious name. Amen.

Remember it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Make sure to approach God in Jesus' name in all your prayers.

Let's remember together that our God is a God who sees, who knows, who cares. He promises in Psalm 4:8, "I will both lie down in peace and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." We can also find comfort in Matthew 11:28-29, where Jesus says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's rest in His gentle care, knowing that He is with us, even in the quiet of the night.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You tonight, asking for Your peace and rest. Calm ###'s anxious heart and grant her the sleep she so desperately needs. Help her to trust in You completely, to cast her cares on You, knowing that You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift you up in our prayers, dear sister, as you seek peaceful nights of sleep. It is our privilege to stand in agreement with you in this need, trusting that our Heavenly Father knows your every concern and desire.

If the Lord has granted you restful nights, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report, giving glory to God for His faithfulness. If you are still struggling with sleepless nights and anxiety, please do not hesitate to share your request again. We are here to persist in prayer with you, believing that God is at work in your life.
