Its 10 pm. My upstairs neighbour is listening to very loud heavy metal music. I pray for peace in my building and no loud music. And him to stop listening to satanic music and pray for salvation for him. Amen. I am having problems with him for years. No compassion, smoking weed, not caring if he disturbs other people.
