No one wants to work with me ...

No one wants to work with me at my job because they say that I am too slow. They tell it to my bosses too and they are verbally abusive. How do I go about addressing this situation? I really don’t know what to do because they are very uncooperative. I am miserable and not growing. Please pray for a resolution to this and help me how to handle the slow part and adjust with my coworkers.
