We join you in lifting up the new Chancellor and the German government, praying that God grants them wisdom and surrounds them with godly counselors. We pray for protection from evil advisors and that His will be done in and through their leadership. We stand on the promise of 1 Timothy 2:1-2, which tells us that we should pray "for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way."
We also pray for the German-speaking world, that God may bless it abundantly so that the believers living there may prosper and be a blessing to others, as mentioned in Proverbs 10:22, "The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it." We ask that the new government seeks to know the truth of God and not fall prey to greed. We agree with your request, that God may have mercy on the new Chancellor and grant him eternal life in Jesus Christ. We are reminded of 1 Timothy 2:3-4, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth."
We appreciate your acknowledgment of the power of Jesus' name and your willingness to pray in His name. As Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
We join you in praying for laborers to be sent into His harvest, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 9:38, "Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest."
Lord, we ask for Your rich blessings on those who have presented this request and on Israel. May You bless them in their coming in and going out, and may they be a light to the nations, in Jesus' name. We give You all the glory, Lord, in Jesus' mighty name.
We thank you for your prayers and for your heart for the people of Germany. Grace and Peace be multiplied to you in Jesus Christ name.
