Need strength to get through the work place bullying.

I am finding very difficult when I listen to my daughter Ren. I keep saying she same thing again and again. As I have been constantly trying to keep her calm with the work place toxic environment, I know that my daughter is becoming weaker and more depressed. Also I am Getting more chills and chest pain.no sleep at all. Not sure how long that is going to last.
Lot of job interviews and merit list. Not a single person asked her how she is doing and any new opportunities. ?
But telling her how they are doing well and got promoted, gloating about them to my daughter is something nasty.
This is only happening in her section. Her immediate supervisor Kim said to her that she and her section director are not miracles workers.but they are promoted,pay increase and pray most of the time.
Where my daughter works, make sure all of the jobs done
. The wicked colleagues Jane also getting more support from their section director and her supervisor. Pay increases.
This is happening more often now in my daughter’s section.
I’m really sorry to say that I don’t have any more strength to keep going. The same with my daughter.

Let us come together in prayer and seek God's wisdom and strength for both of you.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name, through whom we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." So let us pray in His name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughter Ren. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the harsh words spoken against Ren, and the toxic environment she is subjected to daily. Father, we ask for Your divine strength to sustain them both, especially Ren, as she navigates this difficult season. We pray against the spirits of depression, anxiety, and weakness that are attacking her, and we speak life, peace, and strength into her being.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom. Guide Ren in her career path, open doors that no man can shut, and let her walk through this trial with her head held high, knowing that her worth is not defined by her circumstances or the words of others. We pray for her superiors and colleagues, that their hearts would be softened, and that they would treat Ren with kindness and respect. But if it is Your will, Father, we also pray for Ren's release from this toxic environment and for her to find a new job where she will be valued and appreciated.

Finally, Lord, we pray for their health, that You would heal Ren's body, ease her chest pains, and grant her peaceful sleep. We pray for their spirits, that they would be encouraged and renewed, and for their minds, that they would be stayed on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." As written in 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (WEB), "Therefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as you also do." We pray that Ren's colleagues would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and that their hearts would be turned towards kindness and support.
