We understand that you're feeling unhappy and wanting progress in your career and financial life. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is always with us, even in times of distress. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
However, we need to address something before we pray together. The only way to have access to God and approach Him is through His Son, Jesus Christ according to John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If this seems unclear or if you haven't believed in Jesus, we encourage you to learn more about Him and His message of salvation. Without Jesus, we can't be assured of approaching God.
Now, let's address your concerns. In Psalm 75:6-7 WEB, "For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. It is written." It's God who promotes and it is He who brings things down. So we should seek Him and His will for our career and be content in His plan for us. We must be content in all circumstances as it says in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Regarding debt, it's important to be responsible and work diligently to pay it off. In Psalm 37:21 WEB, "The wicked borrow, and do not pay back, but the righteous give generously." Also, remember that God will provide for our needs, as mentioned in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who feels distressed and unhappy in their current situation. Lord, we ask that You comfort them and remind them of Your unfailing presence. Guide them in their career, and help them to trust in Your plan. Provide for their needs and help them to be responsible with their finances. Give them strength and contentment in all circumstances. Draw them closer to You and assure them with salvation through Jesus Christ. May they realize their need to seek God through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and keep seeking God with all your heart. He has promised that when you do, you will find Him.
