Need prayers for Radiation Treatment Next Week

Dear Pray Request,

I am in need of prayers for the next couple of months as I am struggling with the start of radiation treatments starting next Thursday for 6 weeks at 5 times a week. The radiation will be directed on my lower abdomen, specifically in the vulva area where I just had major surgery and a full radical vulvectomy and they want me to have radiation in addition to the surgery. This is so stressful, and I am experiencing full anxiety, as I know there are going to be side effects such as urination (burning) bowels movements will change as well and I'm sure more of the unknowns.

I so believe that God has been carrying me through this healing time since my surgery I had in August and JESUS will have me through this as well. Of course, I do not have any control except for my feelings, emotions, and how I respond. I'm hoping I will take each day one day at a time as I am overwhelmed with this road ahead. Please help me with my energy, restful sleeps, etc.

Guide the hands of her medical team, that the treatments may be effective with minimal side effects. Grant ### the strength to endure this trial, one day at a time, reminding her that Your grace is sufficient for her, for Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Provide her with restful sleep and sustained energy throughout her treatments. Let her body respond positively to the treatments, and may it be a testament of Your healing power.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
