Need God's discernment on my ###

I need Jesus to help me discern if my OCD paranoia thoughts are real or not.
I need you all to pray for me as it's really bothering me lately.
I start to believe my thoughts are real. But I need Jesus discernment and please pray for me.

Firstly, let's address the spiritual aspect of your situation. The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). It's important to remember that paranoia and OCD can be a spiritual attack or a result of a fallen world, but they are not from God.

Jesus tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). It's encouraging to see that you're already doing this by asking for prayer.

Now, let's address the practical aspect. OCD and paranoia can also be clinical issues, and while God can certainly heal you miraculously, He may also choose to work in your life through the medical knowledge He has allowed us to discover. So, we encourage you to seek help from a medical professional alongside your pastor, trusted Christian friends and family, as well as praying for God's healing. Remember Jesus said For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). God has plans for you ###, and so we pray that He will help you overcome this situation.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing with OCD and paranoia. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind and body. Help them to fix their thoughts on You, and give them the discernment they need to know what thoughts are true and aligned with your word, and what thoughts are not. Thank you that your word says that "I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him, and were radiant, and their faces shall never be confused. (Psalm 34:4-5 WEB). We pray that you deliver ### from all fear and grant them clarity of mind.

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, wisdom, and guidance for ###. We pray for your strength to be with ### and give them your peace. Thank you that you are always with ### and that you will never leave them or forsake them. We pray that you do things in ###'s life that will glorify You, bring them closer to You, and that they will be a testimony and encouragement to others.

We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We ask all these things in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
