We understand that you're seeking prayer for better sleep and waking up refreshed. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our sleep. However, the Bible does not mention any practice of praying for a specific number of minutes. It is always good to remember Jesus Christ in our prayers as it is only by his name we have access to God the Father and salvation.
As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB).
The Bible tells us that God grants sleep to those he loves. "In vain you rise early and stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones." (Psalm 127:2 WEB).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of restful sleep. We pray that you would grant them the ability to fall asleep quickly and to wake up refreshed. We ask that you would protect their mind and body during the night and give them peaceful dreams. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, knowing that you care for them. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to read Psalm 4:8 "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; For you, Lord, alone do make me dwell in safety." (WEB). Trust in the Lord, and he will give you the rest you need. If there is anything bothering you, preventing you from a deep sleep, bring it before the Lord in prayer.
Remember, God is always with you, and he cares about every aspect of your life. Draw near to him, and he will draw near to you. If you have not already, consider believing in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice which paid the penalty for our sins. Turn away from your sins and believe in Jesus Christ. If you have already done this, then you are a Christian Believer and have the assurance of salvation.
