We are truly sorry to hear about the trial you are facing, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is indeed with you, and He cares about every detail of your life. It is wonderful to see your faith in God's presence and protection. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
However, we want to address a few things in your request. First, you mentioned that you are not sure if he has been cheating on you. God does not want us to be uncertain or anxious, but to trust in Him and live in truth. It would be wise to have an open and honest conversation with him about your concerns. Communication is key in any relationship, and it is important to express your feelings and listen to his perspective as well. As it is written in Ephesians 4:15, "speaking the truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ."
Secondly, you mentioned that you are praying for God to convict him if he is being unfaithful. While it is good to pray for conviction, we should also pray for wisdom and discernment in our own lives. We should pray for God's will to be done, not our own. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Thirdly, we want to remind you that God's design for relationships is clear in the Bible. Sexual intimacy is a gift from God to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. Any form of infidelity or sexual immorality is a sin against God and our own bodies. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."
Lastly, we notice that the name of Jesus was not mentioned in the pray request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ who is seeking Your guidance and comfort. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in her relationship. If there is any unfaithfulness, we pray for conviction and repentance. We pray for open and honest communication, and for wisdom and discernment for our sister. We pray for Your healing touch on her boyfriend's body, that You would make him whole again. We pray for the true healing of his soul.
And if it is your will, we pray for a godly marriage.
But most of all we pray your will not ours be done.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
