Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s 32-year-old nephew who is currently facing the effects of a rare form of stroke. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon his life. We pray specifically for relief from the debilitating hiccups that he is experiencing, which are hindering his ability to begin his rehabilitation.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that You are the One who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases. We believe in Your power to heal and restore. We ask that You would calm the hiccups and bring relief to his body, allowing him to focus on his rehabilitation and regain strength.
Lord, we also pray for the doctors and medical professionals attending to him. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and skill as they provide care and treatment. Guide their decisions and interventions, that they may be effective in aiding his recovery.
In this challenging time, we ask for Your peace to surround ###'s nephew and his family. Comfort them, Lord, and strengthen their faith. Help them to trust in Your perfect plan and to find hope in Your promises.
We declare Your sovereignty over this situation, knowing that nothing is impossible for You. We believe that You are able to bring healing and restoration to this young man's body. May Your name be glorified through his testimony of healing.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
