Prayer for pain please and diabetes

Please pray the lord show me where the pain from my neck, teeth , back is coming from. I have had TMJ before, not sure if this is what it is. I cannot sleep due to pain. Believing also diabetics leave my body in Jesus name and I can get off the meds. Thank you so very much for your prayers.
