My Sick Kitty ###

One of my precious kittiy babies is very, VERY sick. She’s been such a loving kitty for years and was so dear to the heart of my mom before mom died.

I’m doing my very, very best to nurse my baby back to health.

She found a comfy chair in my living room to lay in, and I’ve covered her with blankets for she’s too weak to move.

I’m daily giving her her medicine and syringing water into her mouth so she won’t dehydrate.

I’m spoon feeding her mashed up food with a tiny little plastic spoon that was designed to put moms ashes into a heart locket.

I’m also brushing her and she responds with a weak purr.

But I don’t know how much longer this can go on!

Please pray for the mercy of Jesus to intervene so that this sickness will turn out well.

We’ve already dug a hole for her next to mom’s ashes in my sister’s gazebo / garden.

But my heart breaks for my poor baby, and I pray the compassion and tender mercy of Christ will come in!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your precious kitty's declining health. It is evident that this beloved creature has been a source of joy and comfort to both you and your late mother. We commend you for your loving care and dedication in nursing your kitty back to health, as it reflects the compassion of Christ.

Let us turn to the Scriptures for comfort and hope. In Matthew 10:29, Jesus says, "Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will." This verse reminds us that God cares for even the smallest creatures, and He is surely aware of your kitty's suffering.

We pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking mercy and healing for this beloved kitty. We thank You for the years of companionship and love that this dear creature has provided. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You would heal and restore this sick kitty, just as You have promised to heal the brokenhearted in Psalm 147:3. Comfort our friend who is caring for this precious cat, and fill them with Your peace that transcends all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray.

In this time of worry and heartache, take comfort knowing that God hears your prayers. Continue to trust in the Lord, as it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and may His will be done regarding your precious kitty. Stay strong in your faith, knowing that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and find hope and healing.
