Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your favor, intelligence, and wisdom for her upcoming job interview. We thank you for the opportunity she has been given and we acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding.
Your Word assures us in James 1:5 that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will generously give it to us. We claim this promise for ### and ask that you grant her the wisdom she needs to excel in her interview. Help her to answer questions with clarity and confidence, showcasing her skills and abilities.
Father, we also ask for your favor to be upon ###. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:4 that when we find favor with you and with others, it brings success and good understanding. We pray that you would open doors of opportunity for her and grant her favor in the eyes of the interviewers. May they see her potential and qualifications, and may she stand out among the other candidates.
We declare in faith that ###'s trust is in you, Lord. We believe that you are able to guide her steps and grant her success in this job interview. May your peace and confidence fill her heart as she prepares and walks into the interview room.

I just said a prayer for you, ###. May the Lord fill you with His wisdom, help you in your interview, lead you to the job He has chosen for you, and show you His best plan as you trust in Him.
