We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. God is gives us wisdom, knowledge and understanding to all that ask. I pray that Jesus will lead you to the right foods that will control your blood sugar levels. I have a friend who is a chiropractor and he has helped hundreds of people to lower their sugar to normal. He has done this by taking them off all fruit. Fructose in fruit is worse than actual foods containing sugar. It is also good to know that removing wheat from your diet may also help. Thank you very much..I was wondering why even wheat was resulting in high glucose at times coz we are always told wheat is better than rice..we started replacing rice with wheat but each time we did that, the readings were slightly high...plz share more info this is very very helpful..God bless u abundantly my friend.
