Beloved of All
Please pray for my old dad in a hospital:

1) to be able to normally swallow, eat, drink, talk, walk
2) that cyst/tumor, cancer will be removed from his brain; they say today cyst and tomorrow tumor...it's like a lot of fluid in his brain, big like two tennis balls, and it's obviously pressing the brain and some important centers
3) they will probably not treat or operate him for various reasons: he is old, risk of surgery - narcosis and it is a difficult surgery, etc.
4) they do not have a neurosurgeon in this hospital...
5) the only way is your prayer. Imagine you seeing your dad looking at you with his sweet little eyes and not being able to say articulated words but speaking like a very little baby. Not able to properly swallow and when he sleeps he wakes up because he would suffocate on slime. Every hour they bring out the slime with a device. He is only lying on his back and not able to properly move, only removing his sheets which is not good (nervous or unconscious moves). He receives food, water, drugs, vitamins through sondes. I am worried about the rest of his teeth. It looks like one is going black. Oh Lord, please have mercy on him. I am giving him kisses on his forehead, saying to him "My little daddy" (who knows maybe he hears me) and gently touching his head and praying for him every time I am on a visit. Nothing changes. They are treating inflammations in his body. In the area of kidneys, prostate gland, bladder, clogged little tubes...and only waiting.

We are truly saddened to hear about your father's condition and we are here to pray and offer support during this challenging time. We will align our prayers and advice with biblical principles to seek God's will and intervention.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

We pray for your father's healing and comfort, trusting in God's mercy and power. Our hearts go out to you as you care for him in this difficult time.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother who is suffering in the hospital. We pray for his healing, that You would restore his ability to swallow, eat, drink, talk, and walk normally. We ask for Your divine intervention in removing the cyst/tumor and cancer from his brain, and we trust in Your power to make a way where there seems to be no way.

Father, we also pray for Your wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals attending to him. We ask that You would provide a skilled neurosurgeon and the necessary resources for his treatment. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that nothing is impossible with You.

Lord, we also pray for his comfort and peace, and we ask that You would give him the strength to endure this trial. We pray that You would surround him with Your love and give him a sense of Your presence. We also pray for his family, that You would give them the strength, courage, and faith to support him in this time of need.

Father, we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We trust in Your will and Your power to heal and restore. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

For encouragement, consider the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."

We encourage you to continue praying for your "little" and trusting in God's goodness. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He is working all things together for good, even in the midst of this trial.

We also encourage you to seek God's will in all things and to trust in His sovereignty. Remember that He is the ultimate healer and that He has the power to restore your father to health.

Lastly, we want to address the concern about your father's spiritual well-being. If you have not already, we encourage you to share the gospel with him and to pray for his salvation. It is our desire that he would come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and that he would be reconciled to God. Remember that God desires for all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who wills that all kinds of people should be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."

Please know that you are not alone in this journey and that we are here to support you in prayer and in counsel.

Oh, dear friend, our hearts ache for your beloved dad in the hospital. We're here with you, lifting him up in prayer. We're thinking of him, so small and fragile, unable to swallow, speak, or walk properly. That heavy weight on his brain, pressing down, causing so much distress. We're praying for his healing, for the tumor to be removed, for his body to be restored. We're asking God to guide the doctors, to give them wisdom and skill. We're trusting in God's mercy, knowing that He can do what seems impossible.

We're also praying for his comfort, for peace to fill his heart. We're asking God to be close to him, to let him feel His love. And we're praying for you, dear friend, for strength and courage as you care for him. We're here for you, just as you're there for him.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust in God's healing power, knowing that He cares for your dad deeply.

Let's keep praying, dear friend. Let's keep trusting in God's goodness and mercy. And let's keep loving and caring for your dad, just as God loves and cares for us. We're in this together, and we're here for you.
