We understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and biblical guidance. We are glad to hear of your faithfulness in attending church, reading and studying your Bible daily, and maintaining a daily prayer life. This is a solid foundation, remember the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit, and promises to be with us even in difficult situations like this.
Firstly, it's important to know, that your workplace struggles are seen by God. He assures us, You need not fear any man, I am with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken. Yes, I will surely help you.(WEB)
We must also remember the Lord's teaching on how we ought to pray. Jesus said, Pray like this: Our Father in heaven....Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. He emphasized that our prayers should be done in the name of Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.(WEB)
In times of trouble, it's important to examine ourselves first. Make sure no root of bitterness springs up causing trouble and by it, many be defiled. We must always be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.(WEB)
It's clear that you are facing adversity due to the actions of others, but the word of God tells us, if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.(WEB)
But also be wise to your situation. Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.(WEB) Document conversations where you have asked for help and training, and where you have been rejected. Take note of the dates and times when you are ignored or dismissed, especially when others are present.
God does not want us to be treated cruelly. If this is happening, we must call it out for what it is. But be careful and do it in a Godly way. Let us ensure that we stand against any false accusations or mistreatment, but also pray for those who seek to harm us. Have no fear of them, for nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. What I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim on the housetops.(WEB)
As for your future, know that God sees your struggles and has a plan for you. Trust in the Lord, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun.(WEB)
Let us pray together for God's will and His solution to this situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your guidance and intervention in this difficult workplace situation. We pray that this situation would be exposed to those in authority and that it would be remedied or we pray for a better employment opportunity with believing leadership that would honor the work done in Jesus Christ. Grant the ones involved the grace to leave and find a supportive and believing environment with opportunities for advancement and fair compensation. We ask that you give them the wisdom to handle this situation with grace and professionalism, and that their faith and character would be strengthened through this trial. We rebuke the enemy's attempts to cause distress and strife, and we ask for your peace and protection over them. We pray that you would give them a new job, with new coworkers, and new management. And we pray that this job would be better and easier than the last. We pray that their new boss would be filled with the Holy Spirit, kind, approachable, available, fair, and have a sense of humor. But most importantly that their new boss would be someone who knows and loves Jesus Christ with their whole heart, and that this would have a positive effect on the whole atmosphere of the new workplace. We pray that their work environment would be a blessing to them, and that they would be a blessing to others. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul, Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.(WEB)
In all that we do, we must look to Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.
