Not sure how helpful it is to talk of repentance and deliverance as if it is a sure fired way to become free from cancer.
We should all of course repent and seek a clean spirit anyway regardless of having cancer. But cancer is an illness of the body and can occur in folk who have repented and are in a good place with God. We live in an imperfect fallen world and sadly cancer is part of that.
My prayer for all cancer sufferers is that they know God's compassion and peace and immense love and healing
