We are deeply concerned to hear about the struggles you're facing with your husband, Lichath. Let us first assure you that God is faithful, and He cares for both you and your husband.
In 1 Peter 5:7, it is written, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." We encourage you to cast all your worries about your husband and your marriage onto Jesus.
However, we must address that your husband's declaration of hatred towards God and his prevention of your church attendance are grave matters. These actions are not in alignment with God's will. In fact, the Bible teaches us in Hebrews 10:25, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."
Let us pray for you and your husband:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You lifting up Lichath and her husband. Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way, that his heart may be softened and turned towards You. Break the chains of anger, alcoholism, and mental distress that have bound him. We rebuke the spirits of unbelief and hatred that have taken hold of him, and we declare that Your love and truth will prevail in his life.
Lord, we also pray for Lichath. Give her the strength, patience, and wisdom to navigate this challenging time. May she remain steadfast in her faith, trusting that You are working in her husband's life. Surround her with a community of believers who will support and encourage her.
We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."
Lichath, remember the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Continue to humble yourself before God, pray fervently, and trust in His power to transform your husband's heart.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek support from your local Christian community. They can provide you with the practical help and prayer support you need during this difficult time. Keep holding on to your faith and hope in Jesus Christ, for He is the only way to salvation (Acts 4:12).
