Your grandpa sounds like he was such a wonderful man and I am sure his heart's desire was for you and all your family to follow in his footsteps serving the Lord just like he did. One of the first things we all have to learn is no matter how hard we pray God has a perfect will that sometimes does not go the way we desire but by faith we always can except what takes place in our lives and go forward knowing we can trust Him completely. I pray the Lord will bless and comfort your hearts in Jesus Holy Name. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
