Sister Heather I too had strayed to an addiction and had put my elderly mother through hell. Her devout heart found a way to forgive me. It's been over a decade and I still cry over my actions.
Heavenly Father I lift up Heather and her daughter to You, and ask for a special blessing to saturate them. I pray for an edge of protection around Heather's daughter and clear discernment. Lord seperate the daughter from the users and the abusers in Jesus' name.

Thank you for this prayer, Collin. I know that God is building her testimony and will continue to pray that she comes back to Jesus. Thank you for joining me in those prayers. I am very grateful.

Oh my sweet Heather. I truly feel your Mothers broken heart. My daughter did the exact same thing. I didn't know who she was anymore. A totally out of control young woman using drugs, drinking, truly believed God was her enemy. The profanity she used directed at me broke me. I had no choice but to do what you must. In my mind I physically picked her up and placed her at the foot of The Cross. It was all I had left, her own mental/emotional illness had taken over her life. My mother's heart just breaks for you. I will be praying Heather. Do not lose hope. God can restore and wash her clean. My love and prayers are with you

Thank you for your words of encouragement and letting me know that I am not alone with this. As a mother, we try to solve the problems of the why. The thing is that God showed me in church service today that the why is none of my business. It will work for his glory one way or the other. I pray that your daughter will come back to Jesus and to you, as well. I know that God has a plan in all of this. The blatant lies and accusations that are so far fetched that they could have only came from Satan's lips just blow me away. I don't know how this intelligent, kindhearted, and loving girl has transformed into what she has. God will have to help her because I can only hand her over to him.

Heavenly Father, we pray for this daughter who is suffering from addiction and ask for deliverance and healing of body and soul. Please touch her life as she is struggling with this disease. Send those who will encourage her and help with recovery instead of judging her. Please come into her life and let her know that when you are with her nothing can control her body and mind because you care for her and her life. Please hold this mother up giving her strength and carry her through her heartache. Thank you for hearing our prayers and for carrying us when we can't carry ourselves in Jesus name we pray Amen
