There are some videos on youtube , of RC Blackes Jr ,who is a Christian relationship couch .He also is the author of the book "The father daughter talk". You probably will find their talks fascinating and very useful. Just give it a try. I am sure you will learn a lot and will find the answers of many of your questions .
