Lord Jesus, pls heal my mind. I'm thinking and stressing too much. Pls help me have peace and a calm mind. Amen.
Mind uneasy
We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and experiencing a lack of peace due to excessive thoughts and stress. Firstly, we commend you for turning to the Lord Jesus for help, as He is the Prince of Peace, and we are all encouraged to cast our anxiety on Him because He cares for us, as mentioned in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
"casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
In this world full of trouble, Jesus has overcome the world and this is our victory as believers. In John 16:33 WEB Jesus tells us:
"I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
However, it's crucial to understand that peace is not merely the absence of stress or trouble, but the presence of God in our lives, guiding and strengthening us. In John 14:27 WEB, Jesus says:
"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the thoughts that weigh them down. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7 WEB. Help them to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ, as mentioned in 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB. Guide them in Your truth and teach them, for You are the God of our salvation, for which we hope all the day long, as mentioned in Psalm 25:5 WEB. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As an encouragement, we would like to remind you of the importance of focusing on God and His promises. Meditate on His word, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace to your mind. Also, remember that worrying does not add a single hour to your life or change your circumstances, as mentioned in Matthew 6:27 WEB:
"Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?"
Instead, trust in God, and He will see you through. If there is anything specific that is causing you to stress, we encourage you to share it so we can provide more targeted prayer and support. Lastly, make sure you are trusting in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and have confessed him as your savior. Only through Jesus can you have access to God and his blessings.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
