Once the world gets on something. {both individuals and the media, "media "meaning on the computer, newspapers, too.}once they get to something, it's not long before they're cramming it down everyones throat by constant repitition about how great the thing is. One of these things I've been hearing, is that pot is like a "magic cure -all" for everything under the sun.Every time I finish reading about it "cures" something that was thought to be uncurable, it's not long before I see another article that it "instantly, magically" cures some other "uncurable" thing. But the thing is this--since "the world" is usually not in tune with God{"The natural mind is enmity against God"} and the devils job is to take peoples mind off of God, with these worldly "crazes" that come and go--is it really something that's the greatest thing ever, that should be recommended for everybody, that we should "break in our kids" that it's a "wonderful thing", not a bad thing, or is this just another "fad" the devil is using to rely on pot instead of God, and to get us into drugs?Somehow, because praise of it is so widespread, I somehow think the love {and almost idolization} of pot is of the world. I somehow don't think God told them to tell everyone how wonderful pot is,and that we all could benefit from it.Huh?

I did not see Jesus using drugs. He never even mentioned. I think it is the devils work to make us all forget about reading the bible, praying for others and doing great things for our Savior. If Jesus did not used drugs, I will not do that either. We all must follow Jesus example.

" The Holy Anointing Oil
In 1936, a little known Polish Professor, Sara Benetowa (later Sula Benet), did extensive etymological research, showing that both the Aramaic and Hebrew versions of the Old Testament contained references to cannabis as a fiber for rope and cloth, as well as an incense. But most pre-eminently, hemp was the active ingredient in the Holy anointing oil of the ancient Hebrews. Referring to the Hebrew word Q'aneh-Bosm (also translated Kaneh-Bosm, and Kineboisin), Benet stated in a later essay;

Then the Lord said to Moses, "Take the following fine spices: 500 shekels of liquid myrrh, half as much of fragrant cinnamon, 250 shekels of q'aneh-bosm, 500 shekels of cassia-- all according to the sanctuary shekel-- and a hind of olive oil. Make these into a sacred anointing oil, a fragrant blend, the work of a perfumer. It will be the sacred anointing oil. Then use it to anoint the Tent of the Meeting, the art of the Testimony, the table and all its articles, the lampstand [sic] and its accessories, the alter of incense, the alter of burnt offering and all its utensils, and the basin with its stand. You shall consecrate them so that they will be most holy, and whatever touches them will be holy.
Anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them so they may serve me as priests. Say to the Israelites, "This is to be my sacred anointing oil for the generations to come. Do not pour it on men's bodies and do not make any oil with the same formula. It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred. Whoever makes perfume like it and whoever puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off from his people." (Exodus 30: 22-23)
As one shekel equals approximately 16.37 grams, this means that the THC of over 9 pounds of flowering cannabis tops, were extracted into a hind, about 6.5 liters of oil. The entheogenic effects of such a solution, even when applied topically would undoubtedly have been intense. Only those who have been "dedicated by the anointing oil of God" (Leviticus 21:20) were permitted to act as priests...

This etymological research was confirmed again that same year by Weston La Barre, who noted that "the term kanebosm occurs as early as both the Aramaic and the Hebrew versions of the Old Testament, hemp being used for rope in Solomon's temple and in priestly robes, as well as ... carried in Biblical caravans". (La Barre, 1980

I knew of the word hemp being used as a rope,now as an oil...I would GUESS you can't get stoned smelling the oil that way{{?}.However, I would think that if used for mind-altering purposes,God might not so quickly approve of it{"Be not drunk with wine, but filled with the spirit of God"}Also, when listing who will not get to Heaven, we read,"Neither..or.. alcoholics are listed {"Nor drunkards"} So if it applies to alchohol,why not the ones who continually smoke joints and get stoned. I think man added the smoking of it on his own.

I don’t trust most doctors
Like wise, what we are not told is that the pharmaceutical companies have contracts with the medical industry to promote only the use of pharmaceutical medicines, we are taught that only pharmaceutical medicines are the way to go, however natural remedies are slowly becoming more popular, also healing through prayer is seen a lot more which is real awesome
