We understand your pain, and we commend you for seeking the Lord's will and trying to please Him. It's important to remember that God sees your efforts and your heart. As it is written in 1 Samuel 16:7, "For man looks on the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks on the heart."
Firstly, we want to address the fact that you did mention the name of Jesus Christ. This is good as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
You did the right thing by removing yourself from a toxic environment where you were being abused. As it is written in Psalm 55:22, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." You do not have to bear this burden alone.
It's commendable that you forgave those who wronged you. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness is a powerful act, and it's important to remember that God will deal with those who have wronged you. As it is written in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
Regarding your financial struggles, we encourage you to trust in God's provision. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-26, "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother in Christ who is going through a difficult time. Lord, You see his heart and his efforts to please You. We pray for Your comfort and healing in his life. We ask that You would provide for his needs, as You promise in Your word. Guide him to a new job where he will be treated with respect and kindness. Help him to trust in You and Your provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to keep trusting in God and keep seeking His will. He has not forsaken you.
