Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Shaundeen. Lord, you know the desires of her heart and the longing she has to find a job closer to her house and family. We ask, Lord, that you would open doors of opportunity for her and guide her steps towards the right employment.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves in you, you will give us the desires of our hearts. We pray, Lord, that Shaundeen's desire to be closer to her house and family would align with your perfect will for her life. Grant her favor in her job search and lead her to a position that brings her joy, fulfillment, and allows her to spend more time with her loved ones.
We also pray for Shaundeen's happiness, Lord. May she find contentment and peace in every aspect of her life, knowing that you are with her and that you have a plan and purpose for her. Help her to trust in your timing and to lean on you for strength and guidance throughout this process.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
