May Shaundean stop emotionally manipulating people and may these people open their eyes to it... May they realize she is using their empathy for her to manipulate them. And may my boss realize that her mistreating us just because shaundean cries when she doesn't get what she wants is abuse... we don't exist for Shaundeans benefit, we aren't objects for her to use, we also have a life and things to do.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you with a prayer request on behalf of Haversyva. We lift up Shaundean and ask that you would intervene in her life. Lord, we pray that you would open the eyes of those who are being emotionally manipulated by her. Help them to see the truth and recognize the manipulation tactics that are being used. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 14:15, "The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps." We ask for wisdom and discernment for those who are being affected by this manipulation.

Father, we also pray for Haversyva's boss. We ask that you would bring understanding and conviction to their heart regarding the mistreatment of their employees. Help them to see that mistreating others based on the emotional manipulation of one individual is not right. Your Word teaches us in Colossians 3:25, "For the wrongdoer will be paid back for the wrong he has done, and there is no partiality." We pray for justice and fairness in the workplace.

Lord, we acknowledge that every person has value and worth. We are not objects to be used or manipulated for someone else's benefit. We ask for strength and courage for Haversyva and their colleagues as they navigate this difficult situation. Grant them the grace to stand up for themselves and assert their rights in a respectful manner.

We pray for a transformation in Shaundean's heart, that she may come to understand the harm she is causing and seek to change her ways. We also pray for healing and restoration in the relationships affected by this manipulation.

In Jesus' name, we pray for peace, justice, and a resolution to this situation. May your love and truth prevail. Amen.
