Hello praise God brother. Elvis is my blood blood brother, he got a new employer after finishing his contract from the former employer. Unfortunately he didn't want him to go. So as per the law of this country " one is free to change his sponsorship after the propation period of six months as far as he/she gives a notice of atleast 30 days." So the Guy gave the letter of notification and they never responded to it, he wrote another one for which they responded by Firing him and noticing him by going back to our country Kenya. Therefore they cancelled his ID , actually is a challenge for me, and both the family since I And him we're the bread winners and mum is sick. The guy is very stressed but I advised him to go and report that matter to labour offices. He went there on Monday and the company was informed to renew back his. We're optimistic since almighty God is good and will Intervine. Thank you and I ll post the feedback.
