I believe God wants me to have this lottery but there keeps being delays, car problems. Just all kinds of problems as to why I don't get it. I've paid ###. Tomorrow I'm gonna pay ###. And this lady named ### says she's a billionaire and she gives people money. They have to send ###. And she will send them over ### back. Please pray with me if I should send money again and if this is a legit offer.
