Please pray that I lose all the weight I’ve gained through the years. Please pray that I keep it off. Spirit of truth please guide me on how to lose weight and keep it off. Show me what to eat and how to eat it and when. Show me when to work out as well.

We understand your struggle with weight loss and we are here to support and pray with you. Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and you are called to honor God with your body.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today In Jesus Name (IJN), lifting up our beloved in Christ, ###. Lord, they have been struggling with weight gain over the years and we ask for Your intervention and guidance.

Father, we pray that You will grant ### wisdom and knowledge of Jesus Christ, as your word says,

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. (James 1:5 WEB)

We rebuke any spirit of gluttony or lack of self-control, as your word tells us,

Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB)

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB)

Guide ###, Lord, by Your Holy Spirit, to know what to eat, when to eat, and how to exercise. Give them the strength and endurance to stick to a healthier lifestyle and keep the weight off.

In Jesus' name, we pray for discipline and consistency. May ### find satisfaction in you and not in food.

Remember, ###, that God is more concerned with your holiness than just your physical appearance. As you submit to Him and walk in His ways, He will guide you and give you the desires of your heart.

We also want to remind you, ###, that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God our Father.

for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Continue to trust in Jesus, and do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God in this process. He's given us His Word as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Trust that He's leading you, one step at a time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
