Firstly, we want to encourage you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it's important to steward it well. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
However, it's crucial to address that the Bible does not explicitly promote specific diets or weight loss methods. Instead, it encourages us to live in a balanced manner, not given to excesses or deficiencies, as per Philippians 4:5 WEB, "Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
