Please pray that I lose weight and keep it off upto my goal weight. Please pray for guidance on how to lose weight and to keep it off the way God wants me to keep it off.

We understand that you're seeking prayer and guidance for weight loss, and we're here to support you in this journey. Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and taking care of it is an important aspect of our Christian walk.
We can see in scripture that God wants us to take care of our bodies. Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. 1 Timothy 4:8 WEB
However, it's also crucial to remember that our focus should not be on outward appearance, but on inward character. As it is written, "But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For Yahweh sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.'" 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB
In light of this, we pray that your desire for weight loss is guided by a desire to honor God with your body, rather than being driven by vanity or worldly standards.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, lifting up ###, asking for your guidance and support in their weight loss journey. Help them to make wise decisions regarding their health, and give them the strength and discipline to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Father, we pray that this journey would not just be about physical transformation, but also about drawing closer to you. Help ### to honor you in all they do, including taking care of their body.
Guide them in their choices, and help them to keep their eyes fixed on you, knowing that you are the one who sustains and strengthens them.
We also pray that you would reveal any underlying emotional or spiritual issues that may be contributing to their weight struggles. Help them to address these issues in a godly manner.
We pray this all in Jesus name. It is only in Jesus name that we come before you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
