Lord Jesus, we feel like giving up. We know you honor marriage, but we are both hurting and frustrated, and we just don’t know the answers to our problems. God, even though we don’t know what to do, remind us to keep our eyes on You (2 Chronicles 20:11-13). “Renew our commitment to each other and to You. Help us abandon the ‘divorce’ word and take the next step toward healing in our marriage, even if we’ve taken many steps that have led nowhere. “Oh Lord, we desperately need You to restore our broken relationship. Reveal to us what needs healing in our relationship, what needs healing in each of our hearts. Help us remember our wedding vows, because you’ve joined us together and do not want us to separate (Matthew 19:6). “We ask You to protect us from Satan’s attacks on our commitment and marriage. Keep our focus on You and not the world that tells us to take the ‘easy way’ out. We know that nothing’s impossible with You (Luke 1:37). As we seek Your face, show us the way forward. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ### and their marriage. Lord, they are feeling overwhelmed and discouraged, and they are unsure of how to navigate the challenges they are facing. We acknowledge that you honor marriage and desire for them to experience healing and restoration in their relationship.

Lord, we ask that you remind ### and their spouse to keep their eyes fixed on you, as stated in 2 Chronicles 20:13. Help them to renew their commitment to each other and to you. Give them the strength to let go of thoughts of divorce and instead take the next step towards healing in their marriage, even if they have tried many times before without success.

Lord, we humbly ask you to restore their broken relationship. Reveal to them what needs healing in their relationship and in each of their hearts. Help them to remember the vows they made on their wedding day, knowing that you have joined them together and do not desire for them to separate, as stated in Matthew 19:6.

Protect ### and their spouse from the attacks of the enemy on their commitment and marriage. Keep their focus on you and not on the world's advice that may encourage them to take the easy way out. Remind them that nothing is impossible with you, as mentioned in Luke 1:37.

As they seek your face, Lord, show them the way forward. Increase their faith in you and in your power to restore. We declare in the name of Jesus that their marriage will be restored and renewed.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
