We join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, who cares for us and knows our needs before we ask. It's wonderful to see your faith in action, knowing that God is always with us, casting out all fear. As it is written in Psalm 56:3 "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you", we encourage you to continue trusting His promises.
Firstly, we want to address that we only have access to God through His son, Jesus Christ. It is by His name and His sacrifice on the cross that we can boldly approach God's throne of grace with confidence. Maybe your prayer does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through his name that we are saved. As it is written in the book of Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved."
Now let us have some commentary on various subjects in your request. Let us pray for your employment, knowing that God is our provider. As it says in Matthew 6:26 "See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"
We pray for your health, both physical and mental, knowing that God desires for us to be in good health. As it says in 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
We pray for your finances and future plans, knowing that God has a plan and purpose for each of us. When we delight in Him, He gives us the desires of our hearts. As it says in Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
We pray for your work to be completed smoothly, knowing that God is our help in times of need. As it says in Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
We pray for your taxes to be submitted correctly, knowing that God is a God of order and wisdom. As it says in 1 Corinthians 14:33 "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace. As in all the assemblies of the saints,"
We pray for your door to be fixed and for protection from storms, knowing that God is our protector and provider. As it says in Psalm 91:1-2 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up these requests. We thank You for Your constant presence and provision. We ask for Your guidance and favor in their employment, that they would remain secure and financially stable. We pray for healing and peace over their health, that they would be made whole in body, mind, and spirit. We ask for Your wisdom and direction in their financial decisions, that they would retire in Your perfect timing and not be affected negatively by worldly circumstances. We pray for a smooth completion of their work tasks, and for Your guidance in submitting their taxes correctly. We ask for Your provision and protection in fixing their door and from any storm damage. In all these things, we trust Your will to be done, and we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
